- Taylor Nicole Added 2017-07-07★ ★ ★ ☆ ☆Come to this Tim Hortons often. Most of the staff is very pleasant, there is one lady who works drive thru and has horrible customer service. Older lady with blondish hair. No greeting, no thank you, not one word. I start my day at Tim Hortons and I'm sure many other people do too, not sure why you have such a sad face greeting people at the drive thru window in the mornings. I have been to this Tim Hortons many, many times as I live in the area and not one time have I seen this lady with a smile on her face or say even one word. She shouldn't be working there if she's that mad at the world or her job. Horrible customer service.
